The Propoi Program and Activate Santiago, an itinerant educational program on nutrition focused on schoolchildren and their community, schools, and families, together with its associated initiatives — FIESMA (fiesma.org), 4R Circular (4rcircular.com), Comterrema Agreement (www.comterrema.com), Circular Paper Stories (historiasdepapelcircular.com), Reuse and Play (reutilizaryjugar.com), and 4R Modular (4rmodular.center) — are programs structured under a circular model, conceived and developed by Lorena Yraola Buendía, author, manager, and Director of Social Impact of these initiatives.
All contents, concepts, designs, methodologies, and materials linked to these programs are protected by intellectual property rights, related and neighboring rights, as well as commercial rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, partial or total use, distribution, or modification will be considered an infringement and will result in immediate legal action for lost profits and commercial damages, in any jurisdiction worldwide.
